Our Carolina BBQ Seasoning Blend

BBQ sauce is known for its tang and sweetness, something we wanted to create with our Carolina BBQ seasoning blend. Our blend carefully blends flavors like paprika and ground cumin with the sweetness of white and brown sugar, making it perfect for adding a touch of Carolina BBQ to any meat or veggie you’re preparing.

But how do you know what pairs best with our Carolina BBQ blend?

Pairing Carolina BBQ With the Right Dishes

In order to make your Carolina BBQ stand out at your next cookout or family dinner, it’s important to combine it with the best dishes. At Baddest Blend, we recommend using our Carolina BBQ blend for ribs, pork, and steak. Just use our seasoning as a dry rub. To add that smokiness many BBQ sauces are known for, have everyone over for a cookout and use a grill to cook your meat!

Our Savory Seasoning Blend

For two millennia, savory has been used as a culinary herb by people to season meat, flavor beans, and create a thyme-like meal taste. The robust and peppery taste of savory even led to a second meaning, savory meaning flavorful food, like in our savory sauces.

Our Savory seasoning blend is created with a combination of ingredients: Paprika, Himalayan Pink Salt, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Rainbow Peppercorn, Dried Parsley, Cayenne Pepper, Ground Cumin, Ground Coriander, Oregano, Chili Powder.

Pairing Savory With the Right Dishes

Not sure what our Savory seasoning blend would complement? Savory is great on french fries, corn on the cob, or even sprinkled over popcorn!

Savory is also the perfect seasoning for our owner’s own recipe for baby carrots. Take cooked baby carrots, drizzle with honey and mix to coat. Then top with a little more honey and some of our Savory seasoning!
